Our Story
XioMed was founded in 2022 by Alan Finnerty and is based in Cambridge, UK. We work with start-ups, scale-ups and established organisations across the MedTech sector, both in the UK and internationally.
Our consultants have supported organisations throughout the full product lifecycle — from early concept and product development, through manufacture and regulatory approval, to post-market activities and business scaling.
This breadth of experience enables XioMed to provide pragmatic, proportionate advice aligned with real-world commercial pressures. We are not generalist management consultants; we bring hands-on, sector-specific expertise at every stage.
